Website & Store Updates Post-Move

Hey everyone,

Joel here - back with more updates now that the dust has settled after our move. We're set up in the new location and keeping up with orders. Our lead time for orders to be built and shipped is still 5-6 weeks, but we're on track to tighten that up to a 4-6 week turn-around from order to shipping on "Normal Processing" orders.

Over the next few days, our store branding will be updating to the new Clack Attack; customers ordering over the past month have seen this new name on their statements, and I'm in the process of incorporating the new logo and branding across our store, with the clack-attack.com url now being our standard website.

I want to stress for everyone, pslate customs cables are going nowhere, and are here for the long haul. They'll still be built to the same standards, with the same practices, by the same people. Though, our store will be expanding to offer more options beyond cables in the future.

With Phil stepping away, I've taken over as owner with the help and support of my coworkers from pslate customs. Since 2021, I have designed a few projects under the Clack Attack name - most of them keyboards or keyboard related; the Nice69, a through-hole 69-key keyboard kit that was released in 2022; an open-source 42 key keyboard "DeepThought" (which can be downloaded from github for free); and an RP2040-based "Game Deck" controller.

Some of these, along with a handful of 3D-printed tabletop gaming accessories have been made available from Clack-Attack over the past few years while I have been part of the pslate customs team. While I will like to bring these into the fold in the future, our focus right now is to continue bringing you the same quality product that pslate customs has provided for the past 6 years.

Moving forward - particularly over the next couple of weeks, we will be adding some more options to our existing cables: particularly adding 12VHWPR cables to our Choose Your Length lineup, and adapter options for sleeved extension cables.
